Rapidex® excels in:

Recommended for cleaning of surgical instruments, anaesthesia equipment and all receptacles contaminated with biohazardous materials. Rapidex® is suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaning machines and manual cleaning.

- Effective on dried on deposits of blood and body fluids.
- Ideal for pre-cleaning of soiled equipment in preparation for disinfection and sterilisation.
- Environmentally friendly – readily biodegradable components.
- Dissolve one sachet or two scoops in five litres of warm water. The ideal operational temperature is 50°C (can use 20°C–70°C) for a minimum of five minutes.
- For the most effective cleaning, soak surgical and other equipment in Rapidex® as soon as possible after use.
- Remove instruments when practical – either place into a bowl for soak and rinse cleaning or an ultrasonic cleaning machine.
- Disinfect instruments and equipment as necessary.
Composition: a powder mixture of biodegradable alkyl sulphates, inorganic surfactants, dye and alcohol
